Croissants

These products are characterized by the distinctive shape. The successful production of these products requires high quality ingredients and a series of special process. i.e. Lamination of dough with margarine in many folds , fermentation period for the products to reach to the required volume and careful baking. Croissants were recently introduced into our markets and the reaction of our customer's reaction caught the company by surprise from a very wide market search carried out by our marketing department. The company was able to identify the most popular filling requested by our clients throughout our markets whether local or export. Today the company is proudly supplying our markets croissants in two sizes with five fillings. e.g. Custard cream , cocoa cream , strawberry , orange and apricot jams.
